Overview

TABOS 7 is a companion mobile app for customers who use the TABOS travel agency back office system. The app helps authorized users access, upload, manage, and review business information connected to their TABOS account.

We use collected data only to provide app functionality, authentication, customer support, document processing, and account/business operations requested by the user or the customer organization.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use collected data for third-party advertising, developer advertising, advertising measurement, or tracking across apps and websites owned by other companies.

  • Phone number
  • Physical address
  • Other contact information
  • Payment or bank account information entered into TABOS records
  • Other financial information such as balances, invoices, salaries, expenses, payments, and related business records
  • Purchase history and business transaction records
  • User-uploaded photos, videos, documents, PDF, image, or spreadsheet files
  • Customer support messages and support request data
  • Other user-generated content entered or uploaded in the app
  • User ID or account identifier

How We Use Data

  • To authenticate users and provide secure access to TABOS accounts.
  • To display and manage business, accounting, travel, ticketing, customer, supplier, bank, salary, invoice, and payment records.
  • To process files shared with or uploaded through the app.

Data Not Used For

  • No third-party advertising.
  • No developer advertising or marketing inside the app.
  • No cross-app or cross-site tracking.

  • No user-to-user chat or social graph collection.

Device Features

TABOS 7 may use device features such as biometric authentication, microphone access, speech recognition, and file sharing when the user chooses to use those features.

Biometric authentication is handled by the device operating system. TABOS does not receive or store Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint, or facial biometric templates.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide TABOS services, maintain business records for the customer organization, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Your Choices

Users may contact TABOS to request help with access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions. Some records may need to be retained where required for business, accounting, security, or legal reasons.
